How quickly do you reply?

Do I need a call or a demo before I start?

No. There is no call to book: give us your domain, check the competitors and prompts we propose, and the first answers arrive within minutes. The trial is 7 days and needs a card, and nothing is charged during those 7 days.

What happens when a collection fails?

It is retried, and if it still fails it is left out of your denominator rather than counted as an answer that did not name you. You are emailed if a whole run fails, or most of one, because a silent failure looks exactly like a quiet week.

Can I track more than 15 prompts?

Yes: email us and we will work it out. Plans run from 2 prompts at $9 a month to 15 at $49, and above 15 we would rather talk than put an invented number on a page.

Can I change plan, cancel or export my data without writing in?

Yes, all of it from inside the product, at any time. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and the account owner can download a copy of everything we hold, every answer, citation and metric, as JSON.
